Clínica de la vulnerabilidad. Dispositivos de abordaje flexibles

Abstract

El presente escrito expone, por medio del relato y análisis de un caso, la modalidad de trabajo desde la clínica de la vulnerabilidad al interior de una cárcel. Parte el mismo, del extremo encierro de una persona privada de su libertad a causa de severos conflictos con otros internos y de su historia de vida previa plagada de violencia y ausencia de reconocimiento de los otros como pares. Se señala el diseño de diversos dispositivos acordes al abordaje del caso, en la búsqueda de reducir los factores que han hecho del sujeto una persona con graves dificultades para la convivencia, dado por el ejercicio de violencia sobre otros. El objetivo principal fue prevenir nuevas violencias propiciando la salida del encierro extremo y pasaje a un pabellón convivencial. Se explicitan los indicadores de avance que fueron permitiendo nuevas estrategias y modificaciones en el dispositivo. Se recorre a través del texto, el inicio del tratamiento con una persona hostil y resistente, herméticamente encerrada en su celda hasta esa misma persona logrando una incipiente integración a un grupo de estudiantes de filosofía. De un sujeto reaccionario y predominantemente violento a un sujeto que elige y renuncia en pos de intentar volver a construir lazos.

The present document exposes, by means of the story and analysis of a case, the modality of work from the clinic of vulnerability within a prison. Put the same, the extreme confinement of a person deprived of their freedom because of severe conflicts with other inmates and their previous life history plagued by violence and lack of recognition of others as peers. The design of various devices, according to the approach of the case is pointed out in the search to reduce the factors that have made the subject a person with serious difficulties for coexistence given by the exercise of violence over others. The main objective was to prevent new violence by encouraging the exit from the extreme confinement and passage to a cohabitation pavilion. The progress indicators that allowed new strategies and modifications in the device are made explicit. We go through the text, the beginning of the treatment with a hostile and resistant person, hermetically locked in his cell until that same person achieving an incipient integration to a group of philosophy students. From a reactionary and predominantly violent subject to a subject that chooses and renounces in order to try to rebuild ties.
