Auditorías energéticas en viviendas de interés social en Oberá, Misiones. Situación de verano

Abstract

En el trabajo se exponen resultados de auditorias energético-ambientales obtenidos en el marco del proyecto “Evaluación del comportamiento higrotérmico de viviendas de interés social en la Provincia de Misiones”. El proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar mediciones en viviendas con el fin de conocer su comportamiento higrotérmico, niveles de confort, características socio-económicas de la población, modos de uso de la energía, entre otros. El sitio se caracteriza por poseer un clima subtropical sin estación seca, clasificado como muy cálido húmedo. Con el fin de materializar la investigación, se unieron mediante convenio las Facultades de Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata e Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Misiones y se creó un grupo de investigación. Dentro de las actividades del proyecto se contemplaron talleres de formación de recursos humanos, tanto en la familiarización y manejo del instrumental utilizado, trabajo de campo, mediciones, auditorias energéticas, encuestas e interpretación de datos. Se exponen resultados de la campaña de verano.

The current work presents results of energy and environmental audits conducted within the framework of the project “Evaluation of hygrothermic properties of social housing in Misiones province”. The main objective of this project is to carry out measurements in homes with the aim of determining, among others, hygrothermic elements, levels of comfort, socioeconomic characteristics of the community, and energy use habits. The region is characterized by its sub-tropic climate (with no dry season), and is therefore very warm and humid. To initiate this work, an agreement was established between the Faculty of Architecture at the National University of La Plata and the Faculty of Engineering at the National University of Misiones, and a subsequent research team was formed. Project activities included training workshops, using and handling specialized equipment, conducting fieldwork, carrying out measurements, energy audits, and surveys, and analyzing data. Results presented are those from the summer research campaign.
