Rehabilitación ambiental de la tipología de medio patio

Abstract

La primera parte de este trabajo desarrolló el diagnóstico cualitativo y cualitativo del confort térmico en viviendas de medio patio. En esta segunda parte se presenta la elaboración y la evaluación de propuestas de rehabilitación ambiental. Las propuestas se presentan en dos etapas de aplicación, atendiendo a económica argentina. Si solo se efectúa la primera etapa la casa se verá beneficiada, aunque no se llegue a concretar la segunda, que proporcionaría la mejora máxima de alcanzar. En invierno se logra incrementar la temperatura en 6ºC en la etapa 1 y en 10ºC con las etapas 1 y 2. En verano, la reducción se estima en 2.5ºC en la primera etapa y 3.5ºC con la aplicación de ambas etapas. Es importante que se tenga en cuenta que el orden de las etapas no es arbitrario y que, de aplicarse a la inversa, el beneficio de la etapa inicial se reducirá y solo se llegará al mismo valor cuando ambas etapas estén concluidas.

In the first part of this work qualitative and quantitative diagnoses of thermal comfort in half patio houses were developed. In this second part the elaboration and evaluation of environmental rehabilitation proposals is presented. Proposals are presented in two application stages, paying attention to Argentinean economy. If only the first stage is performed the house will be benefited, even though if the second one is not concreted, which will provide the maximum reachable improvement. In winter it is achieved the increment of 6ºC with the first stage and of 10ºC with stages 1 and 2. In summer, the reduction is estimated in 2.5ºC in the first stage and 3.5ºC with the application of both stages. It is important to take into account that the order of the stages is not arbitrary and if, applied differently, the benefit of the initial stage will be reduced and only will reach the same value when both stages are concluded.
