Recomendaciones en pos de una mayor calidad en repositorios de acceso abierto

Abstract

En esta presentación se presentan los aspectos a tener en cuenta para mejorar la calidad de los repositorios, incluso en las etapas de creación de los mismo, fijando las normativas, directrices y recomendaciones a las que atender, teniendo en cuenta, ante todo el marco institucional. Las primeras recomendaciones que se revisan son las de organizaciones como COAR y OpenAire para luego abordar las características que deben reunir los repositorios de la próxima generación para ser útiles a los fines que son propuestos hoy en día. Se revisan los principios FAIR para la compartición de datos científicos. Se repasa la definición de calidad en sus múltiples aspectos, se muestran distintas formas de evaluación y autoevaluación, indicadores y antecedentes para finalmente abordar algunos estándares como DINI, CORE TRUST SEAL e ISO 16363 realizando una breve comparación. Se culmina con una propuesta que abarca diferentes aspectos y es parte de esta investigación.

This presentation deals with different aspects to be taken into account to improve the quality of the repositories, even in the stages of their creation, setting the regulations, guidelines and recommendations to attend, taking into account, first and foremost, the institutional framework . The first recommendations reviewed are those of organizations such as COAR and OpenAire and then address the characteristics that the next generation repositories must meet to be useful for the purposes that are proposed today. FAIR principles for the sharing of scientific data are reviewed. The definition of quality is reviewed in its many aspects, different forms of evaluation and self-evaluation, indicators and background are shown to finally address some standards such as DINI, CORE TRUST SEAL and ISO 16363 making a brief comparison. It culminates with a proposal that covers different aspects and is part of this research.
