A new type of collimator - Meridian Mark

Abstract

The collimators used for work with the Meridian Circle are of the refractor type telescope and generally the diameters of their objectives are smaller than the diameter of the meridian circle objective; besides, to observe the meridian mark it is necessary to move the circle and sometimes the focus of the eyepiece of the meridian circle.
