El derecho real de superficie fue incorporado en la legislación argentina en el año 2015 y se reguló de la manera más amplia, pudiendo ser su objeto la construcción, plantación o forestación. Comenzó a aplicarse de manera pacífica y existen grandes expectativas en cuanto a su utilización.

In English

The real surface right was incorporated in the legislation of Argentina in the year 2015, and is regulated in the broadest way and its object may be construction, plantation or afforestation. It began to be applied in a peaceful manner, and there are high expectations in terms of its use.
