Consumo energético en viviendas sociales de Tierra del Fuego

Abstract

Se expone el estado de la cuestión de las viviendas de interés social llevadas a cabo en los últimos años en la provincia de Tierra del Fuego desde el punto de vista de su consumo de energía. Se muestra una síntesis de resultados obtenidos del análisis realizado a viviendas con diferencias tipológicas y constructivas y se las compara con tipos similares característicos de otras localidades del país. Se comparan diferentes tipos, unificándolos dentro de un mismo rango de grados día de calefacción para su comparación y surge como hipótesis que las viviendas del extremo sur patagónico tienen un consumo de energía excesivo, superando la variable constructiva y proyectual. Se expone la sistematización de estos resultados con el fin de utilizarlos como antecedente para proponer alternativas de mejoras. Se discute la factibilidad de implementarlo y el aporte en I+D en el sector.

This paper analyses the state of the question of the low-income housing carried out in the last years in Tierra del Fuego province from the point of view energy consumption. A synthesis of obtained results is shown from the analysis to diverse housings with differences typological and constructive, it compares with typological of similar characteristics of other towns of the country. The different typological is compared, unifying them inside oneself range of grades day for their comparison. The hypothesis that argentine extreme south housing has an excessive energy consumption overcoming the constructive variable and architectural design. The current work shows the systematization of the results exposed with the purpose of to use them like antecedents to propose improvements alternatives. The feasibility is discussed to implement the improvement and the contribution in R+D in the sector.
