Análisis térmico invernal de una vivienda unifamiliar no-tradicional en la ciudad de Mendoza

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en evaluar el comportamiento térmico de invierno de una vivienda terminada en el año 2006 en la ciudad de Mendoza. Su tipología responde directamente a la influencia del racionalismo del Norte de Europa y ha sido construida con tecnología contemporánea que atiende a una mayor eficiencia energética. Sus elementos transparentes representan el 25.5% del total de la envolvente expuesta y se materializan con DVH, vidrio laminado tonalizado y carpintería con ruptura de puente térmico. Parte de sus elementos opacos presentan aislamiento térmico. A dicho fin se realiza una auditoría térmica y energética en Junio y Julio de 2009, que se completa mediante simulaciones. Se presentan recomendaciones para mejorar su comportamiento.

The objective of this work focuses in evaluating thermal winter's behaviour of a house finished in the year 2006 in Mendoza's city. Its typology responds directly to the influence of North European rationalism and has been constructed with contemporary technology that attends to a better energy efficiency. Its transparent elements represent 25.5% of the total exposed envelope and materialize with hermetic double glazing and carpentry with thermal bridge rupture. Some of its’ opaque elements present thermal insulation. In order to reach the objective a thermal and energy audit is performed during June and July, 2009, and it is completed with simulations. Recommendations to better its performance are presented.
