The continuum of MHα, 328-116

Abstract

The peculiar continuum o£ MHα 328-116 is found to correspond to that of a nebula where thermal collisions are responsible for the excitation at Tₑ = 1.3 x 10⁴ and Nₑ=5 X 10⁻³ cm⁻³ in accordance with that shown by the line spectrum.
