La prisión preventiva: interpretando su estructura

Abstract

En el presente trabajo haremos una breve introducción a la definición de la prisión preventiva (en adelante, PP), junto a una serie de trabajos en los que se la estudia dentro de contextos tres relacionados entre sí: América Latina, Argentina y la Provincia de Buenos Aires (en adelante, PBA). Posteriormente, mencionaremos a dos actores que intervienen en la estructuración del problema de la PP por afuera del Poder Judicial (en adelante, PJ): los medios de comunicación y las autoridades políticas.

In this paper we will make a brief introduction to the definition of preventive detention (hereinafter PP), along with a series of works in which the study within three inter-related contexts: Latin America, Argentina and the Province of Buenos Aires (hereinafter PBA). Later, we will mention two actors involved in structuring the problem of PP on the outside of the Judiciary (hereinafter, PJ): the media and the political authorities.
