Abstract

Proponemos la interpretación del art. 2395 integrándolo con lo dispuesto por el art. 2385 del Código Civil y Comercial por lo que deberá interpretarse dichas normas en el sentido que si el ascendiente no está obligado a colacionar tampoco puede solicitarla.
