Effect of the extraction process on the physical, chemical and microbiological quality of honey

Abstract

Processing honey for human use demands caution in every stage of the process to avoid loosing both innocuousness and nutritional properties. This study is meant to diagnose the effect of machinery on the physical and chemical parameters of honey and to deter mine the sanitarium hygienic quality through microbiologic study.
