Devenires de la investigación en historia del arte: escenarios, saberes y tradiciones en debate

Abstract

En el marco del proyecto de investigación «Lógicas de la producción de investigación en el campo del arte» (I+D 2018-2020), nos proponemos abordar en este trabajo el desarrollo de la actividad de investigación en la Facultad de Artes (FDA) de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), a partir del análisis de las problemáticas metodológicas, para reflexionar sobre nuestras prácticas, la universidad, la ciencia y el arte. Para esto hemos desplegado dos frentes de abordaje: en primer término, el análisis de los proyectos I+D —bienales y tetra anuales— presentados ante la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica entre el 2010 y el 2018, y, en segundo lugar, la modalidad de entrevistas a directorxs de los mencionados proyectos.

Based on the progress of project 11 / B338, «Logics of research production in the field of art» (R&D 2018-2020), directed by Clara Azaretto, and convened by the proposal of the present Conference, in this paper we are interested to reflect on the particularities of research in the field of art and especially of the History of Art. We will use the traveled route as an input to analyze and rethink the concept of discipline and the delimitation of fields of knowledge, as well as to problematize the place of scientific research in the production of knowledge. In this way we seek to identify the approach methods, the tools and strategies that are proper to the investigative practices of the field’s actors, their traditions and ruptures, considering the importance of reflecting on this practice to contribute to the construction of a decolonial view on the methodology.
