Situación de las Pymes turísticas de la ciudad de La Plata: efectos pospandemia en hoteles y agencias de viajes platenses 2021 - 2022

Abstract

Durante noviembre 2020 y enero 2021, esta Cátedra de Organización y Gestión de Empresas Turísticas, de la Licenciatura en Turismo de la FCE de la UNLP, llevó adelante un trabajo de investigación, que, tuvo como objetivo: Indagar sobre el impacto que generó la situación de pandemia Covid-19 en las Pymes turísticas de la Ciudad de La Plata especialmente las dedicadas al alojamiento y las Agencias de viajes (AAVV en adelante), en aspectos económicos, financieros, de gestión de las organizaciones. Con una situación sanitaria favorable, alcanzando niveles del 80% de la población con esquemas completos de vacunación, comenzaron las flexibilizaciones para viajeros y el turismo retomó sus actividades paulatinamente. En esta segunda etapa del trabajo retomamos el contacto con las organizaciones turísticas platenses para sondear cómo están transitando la recuperación y cómo han incorporado las herramientas establecidas por el gobierno nacional, como PreViaje, ATP, entre otras.

During November 2020 and January 2021, this Chair of Organization and Management of Tourism Companies, of the Bachelor of Tourism of the FCE of the UNLP, carried out a research work, which had as its objective: To investigate the impact generated by the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in the tourist Pymes of the City of La Plata, especially those dedicated to accommodation and the AAVV, in economic, financial, organizational management aspects. With a favorable health situation, reaching levels of 80% of the population with complete vaccination schedules, relaxations for travelers began and tourism gradually resumed its activities. In this second stage of the work, we resumed contact with the tourist organizations of La Plata to probe how they are coping with the recovery and how they have incorporated the tools established by the national government, such as Pre-Viaje, ATP, among others.
