Revisión sistemática del concepto de innovación en la gestión rural

Abstract

El sector agropecuario juega un rol protagónico en el desarrollo económico del Uruguay representando un significativo aporte al producto interno bruto nacional y un extenso caudal de oportunidades. Nos preguntamos cómo se implementó la innovación tecnológica que dio sustento al mantenimiento y crecimiento del sector y especialmente cómo se gestionó la misma. Para ello se estudió el estado del arte actual respecto a la innovación tecnológica en la gestión rural a través de la técnica de análisis bibliométrico. Asimismo, se realizó un estudio de las diferentes acepciones del término innovación y se profundizó en el concepto de innovación rural, concluyendo sobre la incidencia de la tecnología en ésta.

The agricultural sector plays a leading role in the economic development of Uruguay, representing a significant contribution to the national gross domestic product and an extensive flow of opportunities. We wonder how the technological innovation that supported the maintenance and growth of the sector was implemented and especially how it was managed. For this, the current state of the art regarding technological innovation in rural management was studied through the technique of bibliometric analysis. Likewise, a study of the different meanings of the term innovation was carried out and the concept of rural innovation was deepened, concluding on the incidence of technology in it.
