En el marco del Proyecto I + D acreditado J179: “Problemáticas contemporáneas del desarrollo: territorio, ambiente, migraciones y género”, elaboramos en el presente, algunas notas respecto a la normativa general del ambiente Ley 25.675, como instrumento jurídico de referencia respecto de las áreas sobre las cuales actualmente se están llevando adelante las investigaciones.
