Clínica psicoanalítica del autismo: lo singular en lo colectivo

Abstract

Este escrito surge del recorrido en una Institución que trabaja con pacientes con dificultades en el lazo, particularmente con presentaciones de Trastorno del Espectro Autista y Psicosis en España, a través de sus sedes en Barcelona y Terrassa. La institución ofrece espacios de talleres (de conversación, de informática, de juego), espacios de psicoanálisis individuales, musicoterapia, psicomotricidad. Comprende dispositivos para pacientes niños de 3 a 11 años, adolescentes, y jóvenes adultos. La principal característica de esta institución es su modo de funcionamiento a través de La Práctica entre Varios, una modalidad colectiva de trabajo surgida en 1974 por Antonio Di Ciaccia en Bélgica, orientada por el psicoanálisis lacaniano. En este marco, el autismo es considerado un funcionamiento subjetivo singular, lo cual se observa en las diferencias que se encuentran entre los sujetos que concurren al espacio, y entre aquellos que pueden encontrarse bajo este diagnóstico. El abordaje psicoanalítico del autismo sitúa como una característica de este funcionamiento al encapsulamiento, borde ante el Otro que resulta amenazante, el cual varía en cada sujeto: se puede encontrar desde un rechazo al Otro hasta pacientes que lo habilitan, e incluso quienes me han convocado a participar en sus espacios y actividades durante mi estancia allí. En este trabajo se realizará una articulación entre la práctica, a través de viñetas clínicas, y de la teoría para reflexionar sobre los efectos de está práctica colectiva en los sujetos que concurren a la institución y en los intervinientes.

This writing arises from the journey in an Institution that works with patients with difficulties in the bond, particularly with presentations of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Psychosis in Spain, through its headquarters in Barcelona and Terrassa. The way of working consists of different collective treatments, divided by age and theme: activities workshops related to the game and conversation workshops, with patients whose ages range from 3 to 14 years, and includes a workshop in which adolescents and young adults participate. The main characteristic of this institution is its mode of operation through “Pratique à plusieurs”, which consists of a collective modality of work that emerged in 1974 by Antonio Di Ciaccia in Belgium, guided by Lacanian psychoanalysis. In this framework, autism is considered a unique subjective functioning, which is observed in the differences found between the subjects who attend the space, and between those who may be under this diagnosis. The psychoanalytic approach to autism places encapsulation as a characteristic of this functioning, an edge in the face of the Other that is threatening, which varies in each subject: it can be found from a rejection of the Other to patients who enable it, and even those who have summoned me. to participate in its spaces and activities during my stay there. In this work, an articulation will be made between practice, through clinical vignettes, and theory to reflect on the effects of this collective practice on the subjects who attend the institution and on the participants.
