La ley de aguas de Entre Rios

Abstract

El tema asignado, es el análisis de la ley de aguas de Entre Ríos N° 9.172. Trataremos de responder a las siguientes preguntas ¿Que tipos de aguas regula la ley de aguas?; ¿como se organiza el Gobierno del Agua?; ¿Como es el sistema de permisos, concesiones?; ¿Que instrumentos de conocimiento y protección prevé la ley? La ley Entrerriana, presenta una falta de adecuación a la ley Nacional como la ley 25.688, a los principios de la sustentabilidad (art.41 ° de la C.N., Ley n ° 25675 general del ambiente). Para enfrentar la crisis del agua, propiciamos el estudio del recurso en dos dimensiones, la primera dimensión (estática) considerándola como un recurso natural, y la segunda dimensión (dinámica), refiere a la relación con la actividad que se lleva adelante sobre el suelo en la producción agraria, que influye sobre el agua.

The assigned topic is the analysis of the water law of Entre Rios No. 9,172.
