Tratamientos de la enunciación en la psicosis infantil

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo abordar el problema de la enunciación en las psicosis infantiles, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica orientada por las enseñanzas de Jacques Lacan. En un escrito reciente hemos presentado la noción de enunciación elaborada por Lacan, situando sus antecedentes en la psiquiatría clásica, particularmente en el estudio de las alucinaciones verbales (J.Séglas), así como en ciertos autores de la lingüística (R. Jakobson, J. Damourette y É.Pichon). A partir de situar sus diferencias con la perspectiva de la lingüística de la enunciación (É. Benveniste) y de la filosofía del lenguaje americana (J.Austin), hemos tratado de precisar su especificidad en la enseñanza de Lacan, así como su pertinencia para el abordaje del acceso del niño a la palabra (Romé, 2015).

This paper proposes to focus the problem of enunciation in childhood psychosis, from a psychoanalytical view orientated by the teachings of Jacques Lacan. Considering that the notion of enunciation is a fundamental category to guide the diagnostic and the direction of the treatment, in this paper we will take as a starting point the problem of enunciation in childhood psychosis. In view of the difficulties in the detection of classic elementary phenomena in childhodd psychosis (Sauvagnat, 2000), we believe that the study of the question of enunciation can provide relevant contributions to the psychoanalytic treatments with children.
