El psicoanálisis en el primer nivel de atención en salud: reflexiones desde la práctica

Abstract

El presente trabajo es producto de las reflexiones que emergen desde la práctica profesional en el inicio de nuestra formación como residentes de psicología en un formato PRIM (1) que se asienta en la localidad de Florencio Varela. Dicho escrito se ve también impulsado por la interpelación que provoca el psicoanálisis como praxis en quienes intentamos llevar a cabo prácticas de salud en el primer nivel de atención, sin dejar de orientarnos por algunas de sus principales nociones como lo son el deseo, el inconciente y la escucha analítica, aspectos que se reúnen en la ética distintiva del psicoanálisis. Partimos de considerar y constatar que la práctica analítica en instituciones y por fuera de ellas conduce muchas veces a que el analista se vea confrontado con el interrogante acerca de su quehacer en los dispositivos que no son propiamente analíticos esta pregunta se incluye también en el plano de lo ético (Greiser, 2012).

This writing is motivated by the interpellation caused by the psychoanalysis as praxis in the first level of health care. In consecuense, The aim of this paper is to describe and analyze the contributions, the possible interventions of psychoanalysis in the complexity of that level of Access to health and try to make mention of the specific conditions of the context of our professional practice as psychology residents. To put some of the classic categories of psychoanalysis into tensión due to the practice, oblige us to rethink the interventions from this theoretical framework leading us to adjust our ways of proceeding, even outside of an analytical treatment. We consider that the contributions of some authors from the psychoanalysis as Fernando Ulloa (2011) and Eric Laurent (2000) among others, allow to think analytical interventions in the territory of our practice, without losing the specificity of this discipline, in other words, its distinctive ethic.
