Caso José M: un episodio traumático dentro de la cárcel

Abstract

Este escrito surge a partir de la casuística relevada en la penitenciaría donde me desempeño cumpliendo funciones de Psicóloga. La intención del trabajo es que a partir del caso planteado puedan ubicarse herramientas que permitan pensar la interrelación entre los conceptos psicológicos y jurídicos de trauma y daño psíquico. Además de las articulaciones con las demás instancias de análisis que intervienen en la institución penal que serán utilizadas a los fines del trabajo. Se reflexionará en torno al daño psíquico y su carácter de permanente, tratamiento psicológico necesario y el concepto de "recuperación". Si es permanente ¿podríamos hablar de recuperación? Respecto a la incumbencia en torno a la institución penal no sólo es responsable quien comete el delito de abuso sino quien deba responder por ella. Tal como surge la definición: Alguien debía velar por la seguridad de José en su detención.

This writing arises from the casuistry released in the penitentiary where I perform fulfilling functions of Psychologists.
