Fiscalización laboral agraria en Corrientes, y algunas cuestiones sobre los menores y las inspecciones

Abstract

La idea del presente trabajo es relatar la experiencia en materia de fiscalización del trabajo agrario en la provincia de Corrientes, y la relación que tiene con las diferentes leyes que se utilizan para justificarla legalmente, haciendo hincapié en las leyes locales y como llegamos a la conclusión de que, en materia de inspección del trabajo, el poder de policía en materia laboral es concurrente. Así también se pretende mostrar cómo estas inspecciones nos ponen frente a situaciones particulares que se dan en el ámbito rural, como el trabajo infantil, y cómo se debe actuar, y además cuáles son las leyes a las que debemos recurrir en este tema tan delicado para poder resolver de manera correcta dicha problemática, siempre con una mirada que hace eje en la provincia de Corrientes.

The idea of the present work is to tell a little about the experience in the field of agricultural labor control in the province of Corrientes, and the relationship that it has with the different laws that are used to legally justify them, emphasizing local laws, and as we conclude that in the matter of labor inspection the police power in labor matters is concurrent. We also intend to show how these inspections put us in front of particular situations that occur in rural areas, such as child labor, and how to act, and what are the laws that we must turn to in this sensitive issue. To be able to solve this problem in a correct way, always with a view that makes an axis in the Province of Corrientes.
