Apicultura en el Delta del Paraná: marco jurídico

Abstract

La apicultura en la Argentina es una actividad altamente practicada, resultando hasta el año 2014 el segundo país exportador de miel en el mundo. Entendiéndola como actividad agraria es que se intenta abordar el marco jurídico que regula la actividad apícola en una región específica del país, la del Delta del Paraná, debido a que presenta un panorama ideal para llevar a cabo esta actividad, teniendo en cuenta su heterogeneidad paisajística, entre otras cosas. Es por esta razón que se analizará la legislación existente en las provincias de Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos y Santa Fe.

Beekeeping in Argentina is a highly practiced activity. The country was the second honey exporting country in the world until 2014. Considering that beekeeping is understood as an agricultural activity, it will be addressed the legal framework that regulates the activity in a specific region of the country: the Paraná Delta, the ideal scenario to develop this activity because of its landscape heterogeneity, among other things. It is for this reason that the current legislation in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe will be reviewed.
