El cambio climático en la legislación provincial argentina

Abstract

La relación cambio climático-actividad agraria tiene carácter bidireccional ya que el cambio climático produce efectos en la actividad agraria y viceversa. De ahí el interés por analizar el contenido del marco normativo provincial, a partir de la ley de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (Ley Nº 3871/11, de adaptación y mitigación al cambio climático, reglamentada por el Decreto Nº 039/14) y de la provincia de Río Negro (Ley Nº 5140/16, de cambio climático. Y, con ello, aportar algunas reflexiones a modo de conclusión.

The relation climatic change-agrarian activity has bidirectional character since the climatic change produces effects in the agrarian activity and viceversa. Hence the interest in analyzing the content of the provincial regulatory framework, based on the law of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Law Nº 3.871 / 11, on adaptation and mitigation to climate change, regulated by Decree Nº 039/14) and, from the province of Río Negro (Law Nº 5140/16, of CC), and with that, provide some reflections in conclusion.
