This work is part of the research project called “Playing as a sublimatory activity. Symbolization processes in children and adolescents in the city of La Plata”. An exploratory study (S / 013) developed during the 2017/2018 years by the chairs of Evolutionary Psychology I and Children's Clinic, of the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of La Plata.
As a result of the work of elaboration of the theoretical framework and in the time of delimitation of the subject to be investigated, different problems were detached that, exceeding the objectives that originated the investigation, were directly related to it, opening a range of guidelines to think about future research.
In this context, our proposal arises to investigate the processes of symbolization in childhood and adolescence in relation to the social modes of production of subjectivity that inaugurates the implementation of National Law No. 26,150 of the year 2006 that establishes the responsibility of the State to enforce the right of children and youth to receive Comprehensive Sex Education (ESI) in all public educational establishments of state and private management.
